Anita Volikis

Anita has both a B.A. in Political Science and a law degree from the University of Toronto. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2001.

Anita joined Niman Zemans Gelgoot LLP in 2001. She is engaged in all aspects of claims arising from separation and divorce, including litigation and mediation/arbitration.

Anita is a co-author of the Annotated Ontario Children's Law Reform Act and is Associate Editor and a contributing author of Evidence in Family Law. She has also contributed to various educational materials for the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Institute, and the CBAO, including the 6-Minute Family Lawyer and the Annual Family Law Summit.

Anita is an avid reader and music lover (with a particular interest in jazz and classical music).
